Pfla strongly believes that the path-goal theory is one of the most important theories when it comes to perfecting leadership. It is a professors job to give subordinates an outstanding education. subordinates will be willing to learn and open to ideas with the right motivation. It is hard for subordinates to comprehend any material when the professor is unmotivated. PFLA practices this theory with it's members to teach how to define goals, clarify the path, remove obstacles, and most importantly provide support.
